About

Independent. Source-driven.

SpaceXChart is an independent information site covering the SpaceX SPCX IPO. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Space Exploration Technologies Corp., Elon Musk, any underwriter, or any broker. Everything published here traces to public filings or named reporting.

Our mission

SpaceX's listing is one of the largest news events in modern capital markets — a $1.75 trillion targeted valuation, the largest IPO ever attempted, and the first time independent investors have ever had unrestricted access to the company's financials. The retail demand around the deal will be enormous. So will the marketing, the promotional content, and the affiliate-driven listicles. We exist to provide one source where every fact links back to the S-1 or to named, reputable financial reporting.

Editorial standards

Three rules govern everything we publish.

  • Source every fact. Financial figures trace to the S-1 filed May 20, 2026. Market commentary is attributed to named publications: Bloomberg, Reuters, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Fortune, TechCrunch, SpaceNews, Morningstar, PitchBook.
  • No hype, no fake quotes, no invented analyst targets. Forward-looking commentary uses language like "analysts have noted" or "the S-1 discloses" rather than direct claims. Price targets and ratings are not the business we are in.
  • No affiliate-driven content. We do not earn commissions on broker sign-ups, ETF purchases, or trading platforms mentioned on this site. Advertising on the site (Google AdSense) is independent of our editorial content and labeled as ads.

Who we are

SpaceXChart is built and maintained by a small team of independent finance writers, engineers, and editors who have followed SpaceX, Starlink, and the broader space-economy buildout since the early Falcon 9 era. We are not licensed financial advisors; nothing on this site is investment advice; and we do not hold ourselves out as fiduciaries to any reader.

What we don't do

  • We don't provide personalized investment advice. Investing involves real risk. Speak to a licensed financial advisor before transacting.
  • We don't sell securities or facilitate any securities transactions. This site contains information only.
  • We don't publish insider data. Everything we discuss is publicly available — primarily in SEC EDGAR filings.
  • We don't accept payment to influence editorial coverage. If a piece reads like an ad, it isn't on this site.

Reading the rest of the site

The most useful pages for a first-time reader are the IPO Details overview, the Financials breakdown, the S-1 Summary, and the Valuation Analysis. The FAQ answers the questions investors actually ask. The Glossary covers every term that appears on this site.
